CCWS double-stage worm gear reducer meets the national standard JB/T7008-93. This reducer is mainly used in metallurgy, mining, lifting, transportation, chemical, construction, building materials and light industry industries. The input shaft speed of the reducer does not exceed 1500r/min. .
The working environment temperature of the reducer is -40°C~+40°C. When the working environment temperature is lower than 0°C, the lubricating oil must be heated to above 0°C before starting, and the reducer can run in forward and reverse directions.
The housing of the CCWS double-stage worm gear reducer is made of HT40 gray cast iron, and the cylindrical worm is made of 20CrMnTi. Its heat-treated tooth surface hardness is HRC56-62 and the core is ≥HRC30. The low-speed output worm shaft of the reducer is made of 45 steel or equivalent mechanical properties. Other materials, quenching and tempering treatment hardness reaches HB217-255, the most important thing of CCWS arc cylindrical worm reducer is the selection of worm gear material, the worm wheel flange material is made of tin bronze (ZQsn1176-74) specified in GB10-1 "Cast Copper Alloy" , Cast with centrifugal iron mold, the worm wheel core adopts HT300 gray iron wheel core, and the hardness of the worm wheel flange shall not be lower than HB90.
