CCWO double-stage worm gear reducer meets the national standard JB/T7008-93. This reducer is mainly used in metallurgy, mining, lifting, transportation, chemical, construction, building materials and light industry industries.
The speed of the input shaft of the reducer does not exceed 1500r/min.
The working environment temperature of the reducer is -40°C~+40°C. When the working environment temperature is lower than 0°C, the lubricating oil must be heated to above 0°C before starting, and the reducer can run in forward and reverse directions.
CCWO double-stage worm gear reducer model:
(1) CCWU type-a two-stage worm reducer with a low-speed worm under the worm wheel;
(2) CCWS type-a two-stage worm reducer with a low-speed worm on the side of the worm wheel;
(3) CCWO type-a two-stage worm reducer with a low-speed worm above the worm wheel;
According to the different orientations of the low-speed worm, it can be divided into three structural forms: worm down-mounted, worm side-mounted, and worm up-mounted.
