Lubrication of CWO arc cylindrical worm reducer
a. The meshing of worm and worm gear is generally lubricated by oil immersion. The depth of oil immersion is the full tooth height of the worm below the worm wheel: the worm wheel above and on the side of the worm wheel is 1/3 of the worm wheel outer diameter.
b. Lanlian 33# lubricating oil is recommended for the reducer.
c. The lubricating oil quantity of the reducer should be filled according to the oil standard, and the oil should be prepared according to the oil quantity listed in the following table.
