Worm gear reducer装置结束后应按作业转速先进行空载试作业，时刻约为2小时左右。当蜗轮减速机作业2小时后，可按25%、50%、75%的负荷逐级加载试车，直至满负荷运转。
在蜗轮减速机负载试运转一段时刻后，请再仔细查看各紧固件是否松动等状况，以保证其安全运转。在试作业过程中，请注意蜗轮减速机是否有噪音、及散热作业是否杰出等。
蜗轮减速机用油查看与润滑油的替换办法说明，如下：
1、蜗轮减速机润滑油位的查看，并堵截其电源，为的就是避免触电，等候减速机冷却下来。
2. Remove the oil level screw plug to check whether the oil is overfilled, and install the oil level screw plug after checking.
3. Open the oil drain plug, take out the lubricant sample, and check the viscosity index of the lubricant.If the lubricating oil is significantly dirty, it is recommended to replace the lubricating oil as soon as possible.
4、关于配有油位螺塞的蜗轮减速机，拧开油位螺塞，查看加油高度，必要的时候可补充润滑油。
5、润滑油的替换，冷却后油的粘度增大放油困难，因此蜗轮减速机应在运转温度下换油。
