PWO type plane double enveloping toroidal worm reducer is called plane double enveloping toroidal worm gear.It includes three types: PWU, PWO, and PWS, which are suitable for reduction transmission of machinery and equipment in metallurgy, mining, lifting, transportation, petroleum, chemical, construction and other industries.
Working conditions of PWO plane double enveloping toroidal worm reducer:
The angle of intersection between the two shafts is 90°; the worm speed does not exceed 1500r/min;
The working environment temperature is 0～40℃, when the environment temperature is lower than 0℃ or higher than 40℃,
Before starting, the lubricating oil should be heated or cooled accordingly; the worm shaft can run forward and reverse.
a. PWU type—a double-envelope toroidal worm reducer with the worm under the worm wheel.
b. PWO type—a double-envelope toroidal worm reducer with the worm above the worm wheel.
c. PWS type-double enveloping toroidal worm reducer with the worm in the side plane of the worm wheel.
