HWWB envelope reducer model:
(1) HWT type-worm is cast on the worm wheel, the body and the cover are straight profile toroidal worm reducer.
(2) HWWT type-the worm is welded on the worm wheel to weld the body and the cover of the straight profile toroidal worm reducer.
(3) HWB type-the worm casts the body and the cover of the straight profile toroidal worm reducer under the worm wheel.
(4) HWWB type-the worm is welded under the worm wheel to weld the body and the cover of the straight profile toroidal worm reducer.
Among them, T-upper worm and B-lower worm; W-welded body and cover, without casting structure.
Application scope of HWWB envelope reducer:
It is mainly suitable for the deceleration transmission of mechanical equipment such as metallurgy, mining, lifting, transportation, petroleum, chemical industry, construction and so on.
The conditions of use are: the staggered angle of the two axes is 90°; the worm speed does not exceed 1500r/min;
The sliding speed of the worm's intermediate plane indexing circle does not exceed 16m/s;
