HWT envelope reducer (JB/T7936-1999) uses toroidal worm pair,
The tooth profile of the axial section of the worm is a straight line, so it is called a straight profile toroidal worm (also known as a spherical worm).
Same as other kinds of worm reducers, it is spatially cross-shaft transmission, with high load capacity and transmission efficiency.
It is suitable for deceleration transmission of machinery and equipment in metallurgy, mining, lifting, transportation, petroleum, chemical industry, construction and so on.
Including HWT, HWWT, HWB, HWWB four types.
Working conditions: The staggered angle of the input and output shafts is 90℃; the worm speed does not exceed 1500r/min; the sliding speed of the worm's intermediate plane indexing circle does not exceed 16m/s;
The worm shaft can run forward and reverse; the working environment temperature is -40℃~40℃.
When the working environment temperature is lower than 0°C, the lubricating oil must be heated to above 0°C before starting.
